Review summary
Staff was rude and not helpful. No one had answers to easy questions. If I asked a question the staff would say they do not know and had me go else where. There was not enough outside lounge chairs, which was fine I had no problem lying on the deck. I wanted an extra towel to lie on and my response when I asked our steward for another towel to put my head on he stated" You should have woken up earlier". Then I had to ask for a towel again and he finally gave me one. I wanted a tour of the kitchen and no one knew the answer. I had been asking this since day one of the cruise. Finally the dinning manager told us to go to the cooking demonstration and after the chef will give you a tour. Sat through the cooking demonstration and he had no clue what I was talking about. I went to guest relations and they told me to go to someone else and I went up to whom they suggested and I inquired about the tour and she said it was this morning. I told her my frustration and she asked what she could do. I said I would like a tour of the kitchen and she said no. One night our steward did not leave an itinerary in our room or turn down our bed, this was after he had been rude all along. I went to guest relations and told them and they just looked at me and said they could give me an itinerary but there was nothing else they could do. I asked to talk to a manager and they told me there was no one to talk to. On the itinerary afternoon tea was listed twice, one day there was nothing and none of the staff knew what I was talking about. The other time they had scones but no tea.Ship experiences
