In my 40 cruises, I have never been given bad service across entire cruise. During a 7 night cruise, you will run across a disgruntled crew member, who is having a bad day for what ever reason, but to say all the crew is behaving poorly is incorrect, unless you are the reason they are giving you poor service, or more realistically your perceived poor service

What was wrong with the staff? I have never cruised with Princess but really can’t imagine any ship giving 1 star service across the board. Hope you enjoy future cruises better.
