Review summary

If you are looking for a more relaxing and quiet cruise, this may be the cruise for you. I came home completely relaxed.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
The embarkation was the smoothest I have ever experienced.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The service in all of the above was more than what I expected. The food in the main dinning was delish. The buffets has something for everyone.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The fitness center had high-end equipment. We attended the shows every night. We also enjoyed the movies on deck 10.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Luke was a top notch performer/singer. I saw his show twice. The comedians were very funny. we laughed out loud with the comedian/juggler. The singing and dance review shows were high energy. My husband thought there could have been more to do on the ship. I enjoyed deck six as it was the walking deck and there was a non-smoking section to relax and watch the ocean waves.

Children's Programs

We don't have young children. I don't know what they were like.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff and Service made me feel like a queen. They aimed to please.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
All common areas were clean. I thought the ship design was good. My husband thought some areas were awkward. I'm not sure why. The ship is small, but I liked that . I didn't feel like I had to fight crowds. No pushing or shoving. Everyone on board was pleasant. Some people mentioned that ther was not enough to do on the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
I did like the location of the room very much. From this cabin I was able to navigate quite well the entire trip. Although the cabin was very clean, it was uncomfortably small. We kept bumping our heads into the Murphy style bunk beds above our own beds. We found out that there were cabins that did not have bunk beds. If you are not traveling with children request one of those. The ship is old; at least 30 years and the cabins show this age. There does not appear to be any balconies on this ship and the suites seem to be too expensive for what they are. However the suites seamed about twice as big as a cabin with a view. This would be the only reason I would not take this cruise again, unless I could afford a suite.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

I liked Miami. At the end of the cruise we decided to the everglade excursion. The excursion itself was fun and educational, however the tour guild on the bus was not. He rarely talked. He appeared disinterest in informing the tourist about the history if Miami or the everglades. Oh he mentioned the covered football stadium and the graffiti art area of Miami, but that was about it.

Key West, Florida

5 out of 5
Loved the tour guide. Very informative. I'm wondering if the one store we stopped at was part of the tour company Conch Train. Hmm.

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

5 out of 5
The island is beautiful. We did our own thing there.

Belize City, Belize

City Highlight tour. Don't do this tour. It is a shopping tour but not billed as one. I thought that was deceitful. Next time I will take a different excursion.

Cozumel, Mexico

We did our own thing. Enjoyed the day.

Disembarkation

We waited a long time in the photo gallery to dsiembark. After that it was a smooth process.
