Review summary

I enjoyed the cruise. There was an awesome photo package available that we took advantage of. It was so nice not to have to remember to take pictures of everyone. The Dolphin encounter at Costa Maya was memorable but the prices at the stores were exorbitant. A very small island designed especially for the cruise industry. Cozumel had so many different, interesting choices for tours, sorry I could only do one. Key West is Key West. Three times there and it is in my humble opinion like most tourist traps. But what can I say, I enjoyed the cruise.

One headliner who was excellent. Most of the entertainment was movies.

Extremely courteous, friendly and attentive staff, stewards, and bar personnel.

Ship Quality

Very small ship. No adult pool or hot tubs, extremely small cabins. Deck 5 had a horrible smell that did not go away. The ship looked clean but obviously had some issues.

I would not book Empress of the Seas again. I think it is going to be decommissioned, which is a good thing.
