The excellent staff made the cruise tolerable. The shows were entertaining. Excellent music in the Boleros club. The coffee at the Boleros club well worth the price.

Their was not a lot of diversity in the meals. I expected completely different meals daily as with other cruise lines.
The highlight of dinner was the exceptional service provided by Sang the assistant waiter, and Sydney the waiter.

Pool is terribly small for the amount of people on board. The pool can maybe accommodate 50 people just standing around, no swimming. No pool for the young children, must use the adult pool > 5 ft 3 in.

Sang the assistant waiter and Sydney the waiter gave great service. They are very attentive, courteous, have great memories and helpful.
Carlos the cruise director is very outgoing, approachable, funny, energetic, makes the events fun. He sings, dances, funny. He is exceptional.
Ship Quality

The odor on the ship was horrendous! No one could explain why. The condition of the cabin need a big improvement. The ship is in disrepair and needs lots of TLC. I don't think I would cruise with Royal Caribbean again. I was very disgusted.
Cabin / Stateroom

Stuck in a time warp. I have sailed on other cruise lines in an inside cabin and been very happy. These room are claustrophobic, when in the shower you either touch the walls or shower curtains. Never had this kind of an experience.
The wait staff was attentive, funny, friendly, besides great service, and Carlos the cruise director was entertaining, good and getting the people to participate, approachable.
The odor on the ship was horrendous! The condition of the room, was deplorable, tables/dressers chipped and falling apart, should have been upgraded years ago. Pool is ridiculously small, barely can get 50 people in the pool.
