Review summary

the cruise was ok but I paid for 7 or higher and was put on the 4th floor when I ask about it sorry ship is full nothing we could do. The person I was with has a bad knee so 6 flights of steps meant we waited every time we had to go up.

the restroom needed a GOOD cleaning when we got on did not even have paper on thee roll the fan needed cleaning

What room number did you get when you booked? If you'd said something then you would have had a better chance of fixing it.
