1st cruise had a great experience however wish there were more kid activities my daughter is 11 the group she was in was called shockwaves ages 8-12 and alot of the activities were geared more for younger age group.

Immaculate ship. Very clean and I always noticed the crew cleaning and primping up the ship. I never noticed anything dirty and the public restrooms were always clean and presentable. I would highly recommend this cruise to friends and family, especially all the ports we stopped at during our Eastern Caribbean cruise. I can't wait to cruise again and I would definitely select Princess. Check-in was a breeze and disembarkation went as smooth as can be.

service people were very attentive, prompt and curteous. Dinners were disappointing. Beef dishes were bland, meat wasn't of the greatest quality .. I've had much better at most of the area restaurants. Gym was nice but lacked water .... fountain dispensed lukewarm water. Itinerary was so so ... unless you scuba dive Grand Turk is a wasted stop. There's got to be better this time of year (Aug) ...

This cruise was phenomenal, much better than other lines out there. The Emerald Princess was very spacious without being overwhelming. A very opulent ship, but meant for everyone. The staff are very friendly and do remember you - lots of diversity as well. There were plenty of activities onboard (less than some other ships, but by no means too few.) Some definite highlights include tea service, art auction and Movie Under the Stars. The only thing we didn't like (which wasn't Princess' fault) was the Jamaican port of call. Their private island (Princess Cays) was nice, but more just to lay around on the beach for the day (not much else to do.)

The power failure was unsettling at first but the Captain kept us informed every step of the way and Princess compensated us with a free glass of wine and a $300.00 ship board credit.Ship was beautiful,meals were superb. Our waiter in the Michaelangelo dining room and his assistant were amazing.(Sunam and Boome)Our head waiter Pedro was also excellent. The meal in the Crown Grille was excellent but I don't believe they should charge a $25.00 cover charge.The cost for the cruise should cover any restaurant you want to eat at. Our waitress Michala from Romania was also spectactular.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of art and environment the ship offered throughout the corridors and resturants. The ship was laid out in a way that made it easy to get around. We found this true of the Princess "Grand" that we sailed on in January 2010. The ship gave the feeling of being in a luxurous hotel lobby and everyoine made us feel like we were Princesses and Princes. Thank You for maintaining such a high standard on this vessel.

Very clean nice layout

This being our 22nd cruise, the ships are getting too big for our liking. I prefer to have the old dining room ways, where you had the same table and waiters each night and we were enable to get that. The casino was well equiped, however, I would like to win once in a while. The ship was very clean and the service very good. The onboard activities were about average when compared to other ships. I would rate the ship as OK

We have cruised Carnival and Norwegian and feel this ship and service is a step up from the two.

We have sailed with Princess nine times and we had another great trip. The ship was as clean as can be and the service was outstanding. The room steward was great and you only had to ask for it and it was there. The food was not great but, the service in the dinning room andalaround was outstanding. The bar service was aslo the best and the ice cream bar was great except, you could hardley see the ice cream in the cone. Overall, what we always expext from Princess, except this time, the food was not what we normally expext.

It was a beautiful ship! All the staff were friendly and very helpful! Food was wonderful and lots of good shopping!!!!!

Gorgeous, well laid out,

Great service, food did not meet expectations, luggage was wet upon delivery to room, some entertainment was offensive.

Play quiet music at the pools.Let us sun,swim,read,sleep,talk etc.shut the mindblowing loud Noise.

Loved it all

great ship. we had a lot of fun. we enjoyed the excursions. The entertainment could of been better and the food could of been better. We loved our balconey room and our room steward was great. We would recommend ship to others.
