Overall, the actual cruise portion of our trip was highly disappointing. Visiting the ports was the best part for food and memories.

The quality of the food and the service in the main dining rooms was absolutely horrible. The food in the Crown Grill was good but they were understaffed and therefore provided terrible service. If you wanted an omelet from the breakfast buffet, then you were handed a pager and told it would take approximately 25-30 minutes!
Onboard Activities

The Lotus Spa was clean and relaxing..nice massage. The pool water was cold. We sat only with our feet in the water.
Entertainment

The entertainment lacked pizazz. The comedy show was disappointing. The Elton John impersonator was good. Lack of music and entertainment around the pools made sea days long and boring.
Service and Staff

Our room steward was friendly and kept our room tidy although never once did we have a towel animal left on the bed for us. Unfortunately the waiters we encountered were unfriendly and we had to ask them several times for basic things such as water, etc. Many times the service was so slow that we missed the show we planned on seeing!

The ship was clean and well maintained.

We had a mini suite. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The lighting needs to be improved. Too dark for women for put on make-up.
