Service and Staff

Andrea, Peter & Marlouis were the most capable waiters in 14 day cruise. (Any-Time Dining). George was a pompas idiot. Ignacious was helpful at Tour Desk, It took 6 hours and 4 phone calls to have broken glass cleaned up in bathroom, Why pay for Balcony if glass is always dirty? Scullary was across hall from my room, 3 gorillas were set loose to make as much noise as they could: Banging metal, clashing dishes, Metal tables thrown around every night at 2 a.m.... Woke me from a dead sleep!!! (They offered to move me to one of 2 rooms, but they had problems too). I called several different nights, they would send staff up to quiet the gorillas, but still, every night was just as bad.
