Review summary

The trip was fine. I do have to say the one person that stood out amongst the rest was Henry or stateroom attendant. he was pleasant the entire time of our visit attentive and our room was always kept very hard-working Pleasant man.

Onboard Activities

A little more activities need to happen especially when we're out to see the activities that are provided only last about 30 to 45 minutes and we're done and the other stuff is just fillers

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
The staff is amazing overall but it's pretty funny how I notice a difference when we returned from Canada on the last day how things change and attitudes not willing to be as helpful. I feel that we're still on the ship and should be treated the same

the time that we were given to visit Vancouver was late most of the stores closed around eight or nine especially downtown not much to do unless you paid for an Excursion which we weren't wanting to do. And the run-around I was given with the Vancouver border, which I had to see I felt the honesty wasn't there and being upfront with what had to happen. I'm not a child and you don't need to be hidden from things could have been a little bit more honest about what the process was about.
