Review summary

Overall it was a fun trip and very beautiful scenery.  The ship was quite nice and they kept it in very clean shape.  The service was excellent from meals to our cabin.  There were plenty of activities for all ages on board the ship and the choices of excursions was quite good.  I highly recommend at least one excursion be visiting a glacier ideally landing on it via helicopter.  That was quite wonderful.  The buffets range for adequate to good depending on what is being served.  The sit down dinners were for the most part good, with excellent service.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The buffets were ok, sometimes they were very good. The sit down dinners had nice themes and good selections usually, my one issue was when ordering steak medium it was usually closer to medium well or even well done. I learned to order medium rare to get a medium done steak.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
A good selection of activities with good overlap for age categories.

Entertainment

Children's Programs

My children did not participate in the children's programs.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service and staff were great and very personable, if you don't like very talkative and friendly people you could have an issue.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Loved the ship a very classic and sleek design. They did a wonderful job on keeping it ship shape.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
It will comfortably sleep 4 people, 1 queen and two singles a sofa the flips over and a drop down single bed. A bit of an issue with storage space for clothes it was a bit tight. But you can store suitcases of other things under the queen bed.
