Review summary

Your advertisement was a miss lead as the advertisement/s were much better that the actual cruise. There were so many issues I don't know where to begin. Pools are very very small, my kids did not enjoy the crowded pools. The food was not good in the Cabanas Restaurant. Esp. breakfast food. The other restaurants it was OK. The hamburgers that were served around the pool were cold every time I had one. The weather was too ruff to enter the key west and for everyone's safety the ship could not pull into port. I could understand that but their was no refund offered and no additional entertainment offered. Very boring day was had out to sea. Castaway Cay was over rated to what it really was. Over all I would never do a Disney Cruise again.

Cabin was OK... night lights would be nice being no window the room was very dark and with young kids a light is needed to be left on.

What a dirty place to visit... Nothing is repaired and it looks very scary. I would not recommend taking children here.

well no cruise line will give you a siscount for no going into a port becaise of weather. the pool are small a crowed in every cruise line. food just make sure is hot when you get it. sorry for your experience but i have been on a disney cruise 3 times 2 with kids and one without and all 3 times never got bored. always things to do

Weather is not their fault. Cold food is your fault for not asking for something else. I take my kid to the pool at off times when he is in it alone, so should have gone at different timesIt's awesome! Dis is amazing and have tons of activities on the ship. There is no time for boredom. Shows, movies, pools, activities, food, photo opps, bingo, spa, salon, exercise, bars, shopping, family, FUN

People have different experiences and each cruise is different. Disney is over rated because of it's name and double the price. I don't want to eat cold food either. Would you? I don't think so. No cruise is perfect, so we have to make the best of it. As far as food goes, you can ask for another that is hot.
