Review summary
I am uncertain who to blame, Disney or the port of Miami, but the check-in and disembarkation processes were horrible. There was one line after another. On returning to Miami we did not get off the ship until after 10 AM. Then the line for customs stretched as far as you could see. There was only two lines open at customs to check the entire ship. The rest of the cruise was just ok. The balcony room was very small. The mattress was a very thin piece of foam on a solid platform. You could hardly turn around in the bathroom. On a more positive note, the staff were very pleasant and the food and entertainment were good. And, there were hundreds of screaming, undisciplined children everywhere.

Ship tip
This cruise is obviously targeted at families with small children. It was a mistake on my part to choose Disney cruise line since I was neither young or had small children. Never again.
