Review summary

The ship was wonderful, not too big, not too small, plenty of seating & sunbathing space, 3 pools (one adult only pool!!) plenty of entertainment options. The room was kept spotless, all the common areas of the ship were kept clean, the crew was wonderful.

The wait staff was tremendous, loved them! The food was outstanding, the desserts amazing, dining rooms were beautiful, it was a great experience.

Evening shows were great, plenty of games, indoor & outdoor, took advantage of the jogging track a couple days.

Not much bigger than the motorhome we travel in during the summer, but it fit our needs just fine. The steward kept the room immaculate & the towel animals every night were greatly anticipated by the entire family.

Ports of call

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

Too crowded at St. Peters & had to be aware of pick pockets in the cathedral. Otherwise the city was beautiful.

Didn't get to go on tour due to thunderstorm in the port. Spent some time at a local market shopping & that was fun.

Naples itself was dirty, we toured Sorrento in the rain so we didn't see much there then on to Pompeii.
