Great Mediterranean Cruise with the Disney Magic by bargmannj

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Disney Magic / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

The room accommodated three people comfortably. The verandah was somewhat enclosed and did provide a large open-air porthole opening to see out. It did not offer the convenience of the full balcony but was better than no balcony.

Misleading Room Representation by stefaniep2480

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Disney Magic / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

We booked TWO Deluxe Oceanview Staterooms with a Verandah. We booked them next to each other so we could remove the partition and my child could go from one room to the next without having to go through the hallway. We were giving a "Navigator's Verandah" which is basically a porthole balcony. You couldn't remove the partition and it was a waste of money. I felt that we were mislead and this did not allow us to use our balcony.

The cabin was exceptional and the housekeeping outstanding. Hats off to the lovely lady who surprised our children with towel made animals every day.
