This was a wonderful Christmas present for our family. My 12 and 3 year old absolutely loved it. My husband and I would splurge on this again for the family

Embarkation

Super smooth and we'll organized. They had characters in the terminal to take pictures with before even boarding the ship! They call you by your family name when boarding the ship with the cast members there cheering you on! They will even take pictures or videos of you with your camera/phone if you ask

Food and Dining

We had very high expectations going in for a Disney Cruise. The unlimited soda and ice cream was awesome but were underwhelmed by the Main dining food selection. I preferred RC over Disney BUT the buffet was always stocked and clean, the burger/pizza place was always fresh and the kids selection was very nice. Desserts were outstanding!

Onboard Activities

Sooooo organized! Everything is on point just like a Disney production. The lines for the character meet and greet were super long but they warned everyone about that before hand. It would have gone faster if they allowed you to drop your personal belongings that you want signed by characters(books/pillow cases/picture frames) at guest services and had characters sign them behind the scenes and then return them to you on the last night of your cruise along with the bill. My 3 year old didn't want to stand in line by the 3rd day so we missed out on some great character signatures. The slide was so much fun. We went at night when there wasn't a crowd and it lit up the whole way.

Entertainment

Beauty and the Beast was the BEST live performance at sea! The cast they have is amazing! We went on a Christmas cruise and they had caroling which they included the children. We didn't care for the magician they had but that was a personal preference. Pirate Night was awesome!!! Fireworks out at sea was amazing. I asked one of the cast members where they suggested we watch and I feel we had the best seats in the house. Very impressed

Children's Programs

My 12 year old absolutely loved the pre teen club and the fact that he could check himself in and out of it was so easy on us. Our 3 year old loved the kids area. There was kne hiccup with the Disney App had the planner on there with face painting for pirate night and nobody in the kid area knew about it. They found someone who could do it about an hour later which my son missed his nap so he was a bit cranky for pirate night. (Fit with the theme haha)

Service and Staff

Our room steward was so kind and personable. He knew all our names and we had a dry erase board we put on our door and he would write us notes and vice versa. Our wait staff was awesome. We didn't see our head waiter that often but our waiter and assistant waiter were so attentive. One would quack like a Donald duck and the other did magic tricks for the kids each night. I wish I could remember their names but between me being horrible with names and that the cruise was almost a year ago, I can not.

Ship Quality

Bathrooms were swamped with people outside of theaters but never once saw paper towels on the floor or empty toilet paper. Buffet lines were kept clean and tables were not dirty for long

Cabin / Stateroom

Loved the split bathrooms! It made having 4 of us in the cabin so much easier. We had a balcony which is so nice in the early morning. We put in for coffee delivery the night before and would wake up to it outside our stateroom door
