Review summary

Amazing!! The ship, personnel, shows, food, activities, all amazing! We didn't like the ports, too much, but overall, we enjoyed our cruise!! Worth repeating (but more nights)!!!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We ate dinner at all three of the restaurants, also had breakfast and lunch in the Enchanted. We also ate twice at the buffet at deck 11 by the pool. Good service, and food anywhere you go! The Enchanted is beautifully decorated, the Animation is a show on itself. I told Carlos that it had been my daughter's birthday, and that the cruise was her present. They nicely brought her a piece of cake and sang happy birthday for her at the table. Thank you, Carlos and colleagues.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There are activities for all ages from the morning hours till around 1am. We did the detective game (walking from deck to deck), bingo, trivia, watched shows by the pool deck, movie, went to all 3 shows in the theatre (superb), took pictures with characters and princesses (we even met Pluto in the elevator), enjoyed the pool and slide, Edge (my daughter enjoyed activities in the Edge - ages 8-13), spa, etc.

Entertainment

The best!! The shows are fantastic!!!

Children's Programs

My daughter enjoyed the Edge, which is for ages 9-13. The other clubs look very very nice, too. The crew members working there really entertain the kids.

Service and Staff

All very friendly, and helpful!!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship is really a dream, just like its name says. Very beautiful, and elegant! Very clean. Public bathrooms were always clean. The ship is huge!!

Cabin / Stateroom

It was everything we read about. Nice, clean, beautiful view. Down points: you are here in the aft, and it is a little noisy (motor), but that did not disturb our sleep. The room is narrow. We were a party of three, and it was a little full with three luggage. But even so, we enjoyed it, specially the balcony looking out behind the ship. Super nice!

Ship tip

If possible, take the 4 nights instead of the 3 nights! You will enjoy that extra day!! Or better yet, take a longer cruise!! The ship is amazing!!

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

Visit JFK Space Center. We did that in the past! This time we went to play mini golf, before embarking.

Nassau, Bahamas

We took a taxi to Atlantis, just walked around. Could not see the pools, you have to pay the entrance ticket for that. The hotel there is enormous. We than took a taxi to the (Adastra) Gardens. There are some animals there. Not impressive, though. Took a taxi to the Pirate's Museum (walking distance from the ship). Very nice! Worth the visit! Walked to a slave museum nearby. Lots of text to read. Walked back to the ship, walking along a lot of souvenir shops, and bars. It was our first visit, so we wanted to see the island. Not impressed, though. There is a historical walking tour in the city of Nassau, that might be interesting. But it was too hot for that.

Castaway Cay (Disney Private Island)

All beach activities with not much shadow. Biking was fun. Snorkeling: keep in mind that you have to snorkel a huge distance to see Mickey, Donald, and others in the sea. Than you still need to have some energy left to swim back to the coast. Buffet was ok. Birds flying around the lunch tables. (I do not like that). The more people throw food at them, the more birds keep coming.

Disembarkation

Great!! Though sad to leave! Very fast, and easy!! Just have your luggage out of your room by 10:30pm the day before! We almost missed that!!! We almost read the information too late. If you miss that, you will have to carry your luggage out of the ship yourself!
