Review summary

Excellent. New ship. Staff was great. I need Casino agent to contact me to retrieve my $800 I’m bank on Discovery Princess. Expensive lesson learned. They don’t get to keep it. I thought because they took the money from the room account to play that they would return the balance to the room account. No instructions.

Liked having a couch In balcony room.

Ship tip

Be sure to cash in your Casino bank winnings at the cashier window. No instructions. I have $800 balance and am trying to get it back. Assumed because it came out of the room that the balance would be returned to the room.

I would call them first thing in the morning. We always cashed out the night before and stayed sober for the rest of the trip. They did announce it, though. I hope you get your money back. Or at least ask if you can get a credit for your next trip. Hood luck to you.

In the Patter and a few other places they say cash out before final approach to the port. We do not gamble but hear/see that litany every trip. Once you get into territorial waters, it is illegal to do any gambling functions.
