Review summary

Wonderful time with family. Safe, spoiled, and endlessly entertaining. Just plan your day ahead at night with all your options included, and be flexible with your schedule to find new favorites

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Long line but smooth. Went two hours before actual onboarding time to get through the line, baggage checks, and embarkation. Had some wifi/app issues, but walk up to any staff and they will guide you to the experts to troubleshoot. VPN/security app messes with the cruise app, so it took a couple days for us, but staff was diligent to resolve my issue

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Preferred the MDR and specialty restaurants over the buffet because it made us intentionally enjoy the food, and eat less, ha. Meats and pizzas were cooked to perfection, breads were fresh. But buffet breakfast was fantastic, would pile up a plate and enjoyed on the cabin balcony

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Not enough time to go to everything, we often took a break near the piazza to watch everyone having fun. We enjoyed jacuzzi, yoga, ping pong, chasing sunrise/sunsets to name a few. Loved the wine tasting

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Fabulous shows. Chasing different house musicians helped us discover different venues/bars that we enjoyed the ambience over others. Loved how the pianist took requests. Grabbed a drink and settled in at the nightly theatre entertainment 30 minutes before showing to beat elevator traffic and secure seats.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Wonderful kind people, they often shared their stories around the world, while making sure we were comfortable and well spoiled.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
We used ADA restrooms, and almost half the time noticed the toilet paper folded, indicating staff constantly freshening up faculties.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Spoiled well. We enjoyed soaking in the tub, catching whale sightings from our balcony, daily notes to remind us of time changes kept us on track. Clean and efficient, plenty of storage space

Ship tip

The staff chat app feature was great to take care of simple quesrions, and stay on top of reconciling our account. Room se

Disembarkation

Instructions were clear, we were sad to say our goodbyes with our steward. Encourage doing traditional baggage check in the night before as so many got caught in elevator traffic.
