Your initial, and assuming your most important problem, was about a "dining room issue" but you never mentioned what that issue was. Making broad, ambiguous statements like that doesn't help fellow cruisers.

I've been on many many cruises on a few different cruise lines and twice now you've mentioned that sheets were not changed. I have absolutely never experienced this and I've never heard this issue with anybody else ever. This is very strange that you mentioned this twice and you have a steward that tends to your room every single day why not just say something to them. I have a hard time believing this.
