Review summary

This was our first trip to Japan and it’s probably a good idea to go on a cruise. I’m very pleased that we had a guide with us the whole way as it’s a totally different culture and language that I’m used to. Enjoyed the cruise and our private excursions

We had a private guide ( on a combined Cruise and land trip) so our guide had daily activities for us on the ship

I like the position on the Lido deck, and luckily there was no noise. But since I had broken my leg the day before, but still cruised, because I did not know it was broken, I was very pleased to not have that far to walk to the restaurant.

Ship tip

Just enjoy and realise as the ship is usually Asian based, that you are going to have a lot of different nationalities on board, so just embrace it
