Review summary

We have been on approximately 15 cruises, not all on Princess. We are Platinum level on Princess and based upon this cruise have no desire to achieve any higher ranking. Princess is truly reaching the bottom of the barrel, sad but true. So much went wrong it just is not worth detailing. Shame on Princess.

Well, I am on the Diamond Princess right now, day 10 of 16 & I am platinum level & I have to agree the food is not as good as other ships. We even left the ship in Hilo & Honolulu to eat somewhere else.

My husband and I was on the same cruise, we enjoyed it, the food was great in the main dining room, and in the sterlings also in the Italian restaurant, we had the balcony ding experience as well, we love the Christmas show. We had no problem getting on the ship and getting off. We heard that some people had some problems, we did not get off at all ports we had been to them before. A cruise is what you make it, yes the ship needs some work, this was only third cruise,since the pandemic but the staff did the best they could.
