Princess lost empathy

Room Type: Suite

As in previous cruise (M629), there is no more relationship between passengers and crew staff. It´s Princess problem?

No more smile, good mornig greeting, etc.

Cabin / Stateroom
Bathroom received sewer liquid back from pipe lines whem maintenance team did services. It was surprice whem back from shore visit.
