Good cruise with a few problems

My entire family went on this cruise with me and really if it was not for them I would not have enjoyed the cruise that much. The ship itself was beautiful with plenty of activities, including several pools to choose from. Most of the staff that myself and my family interacted with were excellent. I am sorry to say though that our head waiter for our traditional style dinner was a bit rude regardless of how nice we tired to be. My major complaints are with one of the rooms we reserved and a bad incident with the food in the traditional dinning room. One of the rooms we reserved for family was advertised as being for 3 people but could accommodate a 4th person with a roll-a-way bed. However, the roll-a-way did not fit in the room, hence one of my family members had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for the entirety of the cruise as the ship was full. The bad incident at dinner involved two family members at my table each finding a fly in their salads. We notified our head waiter and he then notified the maitred, who then went to the kitchen to pass along the information. My complaint is that the maitred never returned to properly apologize to the two people at my table for the flies in their salad, nor was anything offered to make up for this bad experience. Very poorly handled in my mind, as I would expect much more of a fine dinning restaurant, which is what the traditional dinning room is supposed to be!!!

Pros: Nice selection of pools!

Cons: A few accommodations and staff were of poor quality

Mazatlan, Mexico
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Beautiful City! Its location with the Sierra Madre surrounding the area makes for quite a view.
Don't Miss: Try the tequila!!

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
You definitely have to get out on the water one way or another. Los Arcos and Lovers' Beach are quite beautiful! I went ocean kayaking followed by a bit of snorkeling, which was FABULOUS!!
Don't Miss: Los Arcos, Lovers' Beach, seal rookery, and snorkeling!!!
