The staff is excellent, and make you feel like they are happy to be helping you enjoy your cruise. Not once did we ever feel they were angling for any kind of extra tip at the end of the cruise, and they were almost absent when it came time to walk off. No feeling at all that they were hopeful. V

Don't miss casual dining in the Lido Cafe. It is only offered a few nights of any itinerary at present. It is not a buffet, all meals are prepared in the Cafe and the preparation was among the best meals we enjoyed.

Staff is first class, accommodating and will go out of the way to help you, get you whatever you need or want. Musical entertainment and on-board activities were excellent. I wish the food had been as good as on other Crystal cruises.

If you can't find another cruiseline to spend your money on, choose starboard cabins or port forward of midships to avoid the risk of sewage smell in cabins and on balcony.

After remodel there will be new dining venues on Symphony that likely will replace "Casual Dinner Dining in Lido Cafe", but for sister ship this will likely continue until the 2018 dry dock for Serenity. If you cruise on Serenity prior to its 2018 dry dock do enjoy a Casual Dining Night at Lido Cafe. (It is first come and first seated so arrive early as it did sell out both evenings we enjoyed this option.)

Pre book Specialty restaurants before cruise. Reserve a specialty restaurant not the main dining room on Formal nights to enjoy better service. Try everything once and mix with other guests to make new friends with different interest.

Do NOT book a massage with the young man. I was certain he was a begginer masseuse, not knowledgeable with hot stones and deep tissue, only to learn he’d been with Crystal for ten years. Crystal needs to know how bad he was! I am still limping (two days later) from him pushing my thigh muscles around in an unknowledgable way.

This is an obstructed view cabin. Check deck layout because a few room down the hall had a much better less obstructed view.
