Review summary

We actually stayed in 8133 because there was a coffee spill right before we got on, and the concierge moved us to the cabin right next door because they could not replace the carpeting before we left. They then did change out the carpeting first day out! They could have asked us to just bear with them, but chose not to disrupt our travels even for one day of inconvience! Great job on their part.

Ship tip

The staff is excellent, and make you feel like they are happy to be helping you enjoy your cruise. Not once did we ever feel they were angling for any kind of extra tip at the end of the cruise, and they were almost absent when it came time to walk off. No feeling at all that they were hopeful. V
