Review summary

This was our first Crystal cruise. The food and staff was outstanding. We enjoyed the quality of the lecturers and the selection of excursions. Many of the excursions sold out but the ship staff was very accommodating on wait listing for availability.

Nice layout of the ship. Balcony was a little small and unable to open it up if you had adjoining cabins with friends.

Nice cabin layout. Deck was a little small but due we didn't spend much time on it.

Akaroa is a nice little town. We ventured to Christchurch which was a long bus ride. You might want to spend time in Akaroa.

Took an excursion to a kiwi farm. Fascinating to see how they are grown.
