We needed an opportunity to get away and celebrate 10 years of marriage. This was a great success. We loved being able to read, relax, gaze, watch movies and meet new friends. We packed some movies but didn't wacth but 2 of them because the movies onboard were awesome. Mornings were great when started with omlettes made to order. Our waitress made it worth waiting for the late seating to dine.

This is my 2nd cruise.. 1st one wasn't with princess.. If I would go somewhere I will choose them.. they were really nice nice kind.. So many kind of food.. V clean and nice rooms.. I enjoyed with their activities.. The only thing I like about the other cruise is that everytime we come to the room they surprise us with sth.. RC.. Over all amazing trip..

Really enjoyed the ship. There could have been more selections for the entrees in the dining rooms at dinner.The staff was excellent. This is 2013, need to have body wash in the cabin bathroom's, not bar soap. Our excursion's in Belize & Cozumel were great. Would go on this ship again.

There are always good times when you take your Princess to Princess and give them the opportunity to treat her like the Queen she is! Truly a Monarch's voyage on the Crown Princess.

every thing was awsome, the people who atended on the cruise treat you like a king, the ship was very nice and the food was realy good, I recomend this cruise for people over 50 years.

It was nice, relaxing, and a great get away. I wish there was a way to know the age range of the passangers on board. We would like to have had more people in our age range to relate to. (30-45 years old)

The ship was large and very nice. I sleep on a not so firm mattress at home and the one on the boat was firm. but after a couple of nights sleeping on it it was ok. The food was very good on the ship. The crew went out of there way to make the trip very enjoyable. I give them a 5 star they were great. The entertainment was also very good. The ports of call were beautiful. overall we had a great time and would recommend this cruise to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience on the Crown Princess. From the fantastic staff, the wonderful food, amazing entertainment, and fun on the islands. We love the movie under the stars. We also like how we are pampered on the cruise. It was our 3rd cruise with Princess and we loved it!

Ship was great and entertainment first class. Five classmates from high school traveling together for our birthdays. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed the total experience. Our favorite was Dan, the assistant cruise director from England. His humor entertained us and made us laugh throughout the cruise. Entertainmant was excellent and mini suite was great. The only complaint is the beds are not comfortable and need to be replaced. Our room attendent did a great job and kept our room clean daily. The service in dining room was slow but food was good.

I am sure Cruises Only knew when they booked us that we were right below the deck where all the late night stuff went on and didn't tell us therefore, we spent several restless nights do to the moving of chairs, carts and so forth, we did mention it on the cruise and they didn't have anywhere to move us therefore we got very little sleep. Otherwise we were pleased, had to come home and sleep for two days.

On the whole, the cruise was wonderful. The fly in the ointment, so to speak, was the Lotus Spa. I used two treatments and TRIED to use two coupons from the Value Book. Just be clear on what the coupons can be used for Before you book anything. I thought I was booking treatments that qualified and found out after the fact, not so. Along with terrible customer service by Hestie and Sarah, it was not a relaxing expierence. They probably need to go back to class to learn how to treat the people that are there to be treated well.

WE had such a great time on the cruise. The passengers were great and friendly. The crew and waiters were over the top. They always greeted us, and did everything they could to make our cruise wonderful. The weather was not good, but that was not the fault of the cruise line. We made the best of it in the rain and cooler weather. All in all the cruise was terrific. I look forward to our next one.

Overall, really loved the ship and would go on this ship again!

good ship but out of touch

Best cruise we have been on. The entertainment was superb - was better than what I have seen in Vegas. The costumes and shows and choreography and cast were top-notch. Did not look like a put-together show. was very professional. The ship was clean and we liked that there was hand sanitizer everywhere and people were asked to use it. The decor and rooms were beautiful - not over the top like Carnival.

The ship was well appointed and there was never a sense of crowd while onboard. It was large. The staff was friendly and courteous - always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious and there was always a variety to order from. I was most impressed with how cooperative each department was with every other department. Everything about the cruise was smoothly done. It was a complete escape to relaxation!

Broadly speaking, we thought that this was a wonderful experience. It was our first cruise, so we were not quite sure what to expect, but we enjoyed ourselves. The shore excursions, in particular, were great. Our main criticism is that the ship arrived in Venice seven hours late, so our excursion there was cancelled, and we had much less time there than we wanted. The reason for the delay as described by the captain seemed pretty ridiculous.

The ship is huge, yet easily manageable. Very clean, friendly staff, great spa.
