Review summary
On the whole, the cruise was wonderful. The fly in the ointment, so to speak, was the Lotus Spa. I used two treatments and TRIED to use two coupons from the Value Book. Just be clear on what the coupons can be used for Before you book anything. I thought I was booking treatments that qualified and found out after the fact, not so. Along with terrible customer service by Hestie and Sarah, it was not a relaxing expierence. They probably need to go back to class to learn how to treat the people that are there to be treated well.Ship experiences
