I've been on the Crown Princess and had a great cruise with great food and service. If you had a bad cruise, I'm quite sure you made it into a bad cruise. Personally, I believe no matter what cruise line a person uses, if the cruise didn't experience any emergency or face some kind of bad weather, if the cruise is bad, it's the passenger who made it that way, cause it's really hard to be miserable on a cruise.
