Had breakfast, lunch and all dinners in the dinning room. The buffet area on the lido deck was always full and very hard to find seats.

Pool water was at 62 degrees - too cold!! Games show had lack of seating and people had to stand.
Entertainment

Singer pianist Funch and guitar Carmeon was excellent. All other performers were boring. Live band played music I didn't care to get up to dance too (mama mia, abba)

Food waiters were great. Room steward was inconsistent. Sometime we would get one wash cloth sometimes two. Guest service was suppose to get back to us regarding our problems and never did.

Bathrooms were dirty during the evening after dinner.
Cabin / Stateroom

Many problems with our cabin TV didn't work for several days. Toilet backed up several times. Bathroom floor was always flooded. I thought it came from the shower but too find out a week later that the sink pipe was broken that caused dirty water on the floor. Result bad odor and wet carpet.

Crown Princess is an old cruise ship with many problems.
Wish we had more time on this port. Cruise ship didn't have many ferries to take passengers ashore. Therefore, long wait time to get off the ship and back on. Kona had a open market on Sundays and made the day enjoyable.
We took an excursion to the blowhole and the bus had problems. We had to sit in the bus for 1/2 hour. I think this reduced our time at the blowhole and flea market.
