Review summary

Not delivered what advertised. The menu offers vast choices of alcohol. All my orders of drinks priced $18 which are covered by my alcohol package were declined or cancelled. Instead offered $10-$12 substitution. It is cheating. This part was greatly disappointing.

At no time during a 7 night cruise did you stop by the service desk and ask about why you weren't getting the premium drinks?
