Review summary

I wasn’t fond of the ship. Our cabin was less than ideal. Food and service was excellent and we met lots of friendly, interesting people. You just never know what the weather will be like in Alaska and it was cool, cloudy, and windy for our journey.

The production show and Encore were great. Rock singer was good, but some songs too “hard rock” for my taste.

Vinton, our cabin steward was the best I’ve ever had. Very friendly and attentive.

Not a good cabin at all. It is right under the fitness center. Lots of noise.

SeaTac airport is terrible to navigate. Way too much walking. There was quite a delay waiting for our transport to the cruise port. It might have been due to the construction on the freeway.

So sad we had to miss our excursion here because an emergency medical evacuation caused us to be too late to the port.

The tribal dance was very interesting. Unfortunately the weather was misty rain and cloudy, so no viewing from the top of the gondola ride.

Did you pick the room or did you let Princess assign it? I pick rooms that I know are far enough away from noise sources, although you can not control having noisy neighbors.
