We had so many other people sitting around us that felt like we did. This was our first Princess and our last Princess cruise.

The buffet was mediocre at best. The only area of food that was good, was if you paid the extra for the specialty restaurants.

1 waiter a couple sitting next to us saw him take a partially drank glass of wine and he drank it. He also was always upset and scolding his assistant and giving us dirty looks and he wasn't even our waiter.

The lay out was not inviting. Lacked enough seating areas and made people stand in places that we should have been able to relax. The design was extremely outdated.

Have cruised on this ship & loved everything about it. Found nice nooks to sit quietly on our own & the staff could not help us enough. We especially loved the entertainment each night. Was world class

If you are that picky about everything may e go for the private yacht? The amount of negative comments leads one to believe this is fake.

Wow this review is confusing. Maybe some typos on wording not sure. All I understand is the reviewer says the ship is small with terrible food and little seating. Other than that all I got was they would never go on Princess. I booked a cruise next year on this ship and hope this reviewer is wrong.

Sorry you had such a bad experience on the crown princess.. we were on her several months ago and loved everything about it.. one of our all time favorites and would definitely go back on her again. I wouldn't give up on princess..maybe try another ship !
