Review summary

This cruise gave us 58 days at sea. We have been on many cruises but this one was not one of our best with Princess. The food was not great and seemed to be the same every day. The main dining room has the engine noise that was so loud while at sea. The noise we had all night long was unreal and after calling the front desk 4 to 5 times when the noise would start no one did anything nor did anyone follow up with us until the last night.

I love princess but this boat was the worse, same issues you mentioned about the restaurant, noisy cabin, disappointing that sports took over the movie screen and there was no movie under the stars every night and had a very disturbing issue with front of desk staff which to be fair to princess were wonderful when I got home, but all in all I won’t cruise on this boat again.

We had a similar problem with a noisy fan under the cabin and a tender that had not been properly secured where we were kept awake all night,but the noise was sorted out in the morning, we found out that the people in the next cabin had been given $100 compensation but we were offered nothing, so we got that sorted when we complained to head office when we got back.
