First time on Princess and will be our last! Food and entertainment was terrible! Rooms were very tired.

Review summary

So many choices to choose from. This was our 32nd Cruise. We obviously know what’s good and what’s not. This cruise line was not up to our standards. The food choices was terrible. Quality was not there. We went to the Crown Grill and was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of meat, appetizers and sides. In my 28 years of cruising I have never seen a steakhouse that offered so little. It was a small step up from the main dining room and that was bad. Every conversation we had with other passengers was the same. Everyone was extremely disappointed!

Sure hope this situation improves. We’ve cruised 13 times in the past, 3-4 different lines but mostly on Royal Caribbean. Princess has a good reputation and did a fabulous job on our Alaska cruise tour. I’m hoping they can meet those standards...set by themselves! We’re going to be on the 25-day British Isles & Trans Atlantic next year as well.

Sorry to hear that as we are booked on the Crown Princess British Isles tour in and out of Dublin next year . Have never used Princess before but we wanted to explore Ireland and Scotland and this was the best itinerary.
