Disappointed not being able to visit Newport. Skipping Port seems to be common occurrences. On Golden in 2015, skipper Falkland Island and Amalia Glacier. On Emerald in 2017, skipped Port Chalmers and Akaroa. 2017 again on Crown, skipped Newport. Maybe good to have insurance policy for such unforeseen occurrences.

Mr Tito, our stateroom steward is very friendly and fast in tidying up our room. It’s an assets to Princess Cruise. Mr Georg, our waiter at DaVinci 416 is good and friendly. This one is despite being “shorthanded.”
Both the above made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The pizza and grill are getting from bad to worse.....since Golden(2015), Diamond(2016), Emerald(2016) then Crown(2017).
Ship Quality

No comment on the ship cleanliness or layout. Perhaps, Princess should consider having similar layout in RCL promenade areas. This give guests the opportunity to enjoy musical program together. It also create a much more lively ambiance during the cruise.
Cabin / Stateroom

The stateroom is great. Our only complaint is the winching of Tender boats during the early hour. It certainly disturbs our sleep.
Ship tip
Have your dinner schedule fixed before you board the ship. Queueing can be frustrating.
