This was our 5th cruise with Princess and we achieved Platinum status during this cruise ..we got no notification from the staff onboard regarding our upgrade and when we questioned the Captain Circle designee ..we were told we would have to contact Princess...we were told by phone from Princess prior to the cruise that both we and the friends we referred to Princess would receive a $50 dollar credit which we did not receive

Take a number ..take a seat if you can find one ..4hr wait..only one stand available for food..Princess should have provided at the least free beverages while we waited ...felt sorry for the diabetics who had not anticipated such a long wait.. Overheard a number of people around me state they would never cruise Princess again...we have done 4 previous cruises with princess....SO SAD😔

Dark lettuce for the salad in the Horizon Court buffet ..overcrowded..short staffed ..had to retrieve our own drinks..no one smiled...every meal we had in the dining rooms came with a push by the waiters to purchase something..seems they get points for selling another event..due to weather we could not take advantage of the outdoor kiosks ..did have pizza that was below average

The best entertainment was the Chef Show and galley tour .....The violinists in the piazza were excellent ...but overall theater too crowded...since Princess Cruises knew there was a hurricane .and the movies could not be shown.they could have provided more stage shows ..

No one smiled ..coupon was given for $50 off a spa service and I asked for a shampoo and style ..since it was only $39.. The coupon did not apply ..so I asked for a polish change and was told that I could not use the coupon on combined services😖

Small room ...beds and linens appear past their prime..mattress could be updated..woodwork had nicks and scratches...could need another refurbishing..we sailed this same ship to Mediterranean in 2012 and it was very comfortable

Be prepared for long waits...if the weather is good you may get a smile from the staff..
4 ships there... Lines long ..buses uncomfortable ..tour guide good...but misdirected us to the Hop on Hop off boarding area and we ensded up on the port shuttle...by the time we waited for the bus to load and unload..we got off at the second stop and never got to all the destinations we hoped to see
You do not receive the next level awards until the next cruise. When we haven’t received something we had been promised, we have always had good response from the Captain Circle rep onboard. Sometimes even getting more than promised.
Have never received the promised on board credit for any of the people I referred and they didn't get either- on 2 separate cruises-- total 6 referrals
I am under the impression you do not get the award points until after the cruise has finished, therefore I would expect to receive the reward on the next cruise.
