Review summary

Crown is very nice ship, food very good, service very good, entertainment very poor. Living in Las Vegas for 20 years I know entertainment! The ports of call were very good stops, the coffee served in the main dinning roon aboard the ship should be changed its garbage!

When booking I wanted a particular cabin L 104 deck 15 they said it was booked. Cruises. com assigned us a cabin on the 14th deck with beds coming out of the walls and encroaching on space. We had to change rooms after the first day, very very inconvenient!!! Bad job by Cruises .com !!!

We were also on the Crown Princess 2 yrs ago in Alaska. We thought the buffet food was just ok, like it seemed the same each day. We thought everything else was great (we don't drink coffee).

As far as crowds go you have to know where to go and when to go on certain areas on the ship. Most of the Crowds Are distributed on decks five six and seven and 14 during Cruise days

Yes the entertainment always seems to be mediocre and the coffee is always below par in the buffet area it is a concentrate we always purchase coffee cards for upgraded coffee other than that cruising is fantastic
