Review summary
Sailed with Princess six times before and this one by far was a disappointment. (1)Dinner menu had limited choices every night. (2) small touches like cold wash cloth upon returning to ship after going on shore not there. (3) no blue "Princess" shopping bag handed out to put your purchases/towels in. (4) no electricity in cabin - took 6 hours and 3 calls to be repaired. (5) On two Princess excursions brought back to "special" jewelry store (for bathroom and cold drink). Followed and hassled by owners to purchase something. This trip just wasn't what I have experienced before with Princess and their first-class operation.

Ship tip
Crown Princess was showing more wear and tear than other ships her size. Carpet in hallways and cabin dirty and worn. Elevators, stairways, decking around pools worn and scuffed. Showing age.
