Review summary

The Crown Princess is a fine ship on which we have sailed previously.  Staff, in general, is very accommodating.  What really makes a cruise noteworthy is the staff and how they interact with all of, the customers.  Some are great and some are just doing their jobs.

Before we book a cruise, we research it thoroughly and then contact JB to take caries of us which he does.

Good staff before sailing and good ship's staff are what we expect and usually get.

Good, but the mattresses need to be replaced & the TV remote are dirty.

Ship tip

Avoid schedule conflicts. I.E., don't schedule a theater show close to the time of the Captain's Club party.
