I hope you'll get your refund for the canceled tour. You should've received it right away. As for the crowds, you visit extremely popular cities during popular tourist season, what do you expect.

I'm not sorry because I don't work for guest services on the cruise nor do I work for the cruise line!! But I think you should have done your homework prior to cruising with any Cruise line!
