Review summary

The itinerary was perfect! SOME of the staff on the ship was great, the bar staff especially Jover, Mangesh, Ricardo, Mario, and Jaypay(or Payjay). Halyna was excellent!! She was very helpful and willing to help in any way. We were surprised with a charge called "Hotel Service Charge" that were not told about and we were told by the receptionist that there was nothing that could be done.

My guess is that the hotel charge was your gratuities which are charged to you account. Other gratuities are normally taken as you use a service, such as bar service. Your cruise itinerary was super! Great ports!
