It was a terrible cruise-even before a woman jumped to her death from a balcony above us, and hit the lifeboat with a big bang that woke us up, before the man overboard alert. 😱

Inedible. Lovely food presentation but tasteless. Other passengers agreed that compared to MSC was awful. And no option for free pizza all day as on MSC-only paid full pizzas available after 7 pm. The lunch buffet had limited options, compared to MSC.
Onboard Activities

Tiny pool-pool deck had GLASS ROOF and glass walls, so it felt like a sauna. Dance glasses were all the same. Awful.

Terrible layout-everyone complained about having to go up a level to go down-we were always getting lost. Poor design.
Cabin / Stateroom

No sliding door to balcony-regular door that could not stay open unless propped open with a chair. Window rattled loudly. Queen bed was actually two twin beds with one queen sheet holding them together. Seriously. Uncomfortable ridge / gap between the beds. It’s not hard to provide one queen mattress. For Costa, I guess that’s toi much to expect.
