Pros: Great food, great dining room staff, great room steward.

Cons: Poor management on board. Customer Service team needs help. Air conditioning not working in 3 of our staterooms. No beverages available at buffet lines except water, sometimes ice, and very bad coffee. Theatre shows were awful. Little for children to do on board.
