A good cruise

Customer service is great, cleanlinest is a plus, itinerary needs tweaking, not enought time at preferred ports and to much waste at the cruise companys owned port. Very nice and accomodating service. On-board gifts are expensive ratio'd to street cost. Entertainment is 6 of 10 but loads of activities for kids. Bar hustlers are discreet and non-hasseling. Excursions are expensive. Departure and return departure are a plus and easy. All and all we rate this cruise as a 7 of 10.

Pros: Quality of Service

Cons: Food

Recommends Costa Fortuna? Yes!

Catalina Island (Isla Catalina), Dominican Republic
To much waste of time/ captive to vendors selling expensive trinkets at little or no value. high pressure selling. You are captured.
Nassau, Bahamas
Again this is a nice place but no time to explore! Port much to small to handle 5-7 cruise ships at the same time which was our experience.
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Port was great but no time.

Casa De Campo, Dominican Republic
This is a great place but you dont have enought time, does not qualify to be announced as a seperate port, just across the bay from Casa De Campo.
