The cruise ship is very clean and well maintained. The ports were exciting and the ship arrived early and stayed late, giving us maximum time to enjoy the port. The staff was helpful and gracious. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Buffet had many choices and good food.
Main dining room had great food, but not as many choices as we have had on prior cruise experiences.
Our server was very busy and didn't have any help, so many times we had to wait for water, bread, etc.
Onboard Activities

We used the one of the hot tubs. They were always crowded. It might have been nice to have a few additional ones peppered around the ship.

The entertainment was really top notch, except for the crew "talent" show. We walked out.

Our room steward got ill during part of our trip and other staff had to cover her shift, so we didn't receive the daily schedule 3 times. We had to go pick one up at the hospitality desk, which was an issue when planning the following day. The cleaning of our room was also inconsistent.
We were traveling with friends and we enjoy playing cards and visiting. On 5 different occasions we were asked to leave areas on the ship, and once the lights were shut off while we were playing. We have never been asked to vacate an area on any prior cruise (different companies). It was very frustrating.

Ship tip
This was our first Mediterranean cruise. I don't think we realized that ship wide broadcasts would be repeated in 5 different languages. This ship also picks up new people at each port, so the ship's safety procedures were broadcast each time.
We carried our luggage off ourselves because we had to catch an early flight. Even though we were ready to depart, we were held up at the baggage area for 30+ minutes, with little or no explanation. We did make our flight, but barely. It was a bit stressful to say the least.
