This was our 19th cruise and after taking the same ship the year before we were grossly disappointed. Thought some things that were added were cute, but most of what we experienced we were disappointed with. most unfortunate that my husband spent so much time complaining about our cruise when we usually spend that time having fun.

We got through all the red tape easily. It was a little confusing with regards to the luggage but it all worked out fine and went rather well.

A big difference from last year. We took this same ship and was in the same dining room. We were frustrated most of the time. Our food was hot maybe 25% of the time, and was not near the quality of last year. I was saddened by the change and my husband said we will not take this line again. These changes did not make it worth wile to us. We also felt it was a lesser variety of food than last year, although most of the desserts were good. We felt the ship worked somewhat to reduce the language barrier, however some of the English translation was awkward and unclear especially on the menu. We were very disappointed.

We found very little to do that was any interest to us.

They were pleasant and willing t work with us. Our room steward was great.

always cleaning and one day changed a carpet with very little problem for us.

The room was large, it was a clean room, kept well by our room steward. We got a balcony which gave us a wonderful amount of room and comfort.
Ship tip
don't expect what you use to get in the dining room and while the buffet is often hot, it's not how we like to enjoy our meals.
One of our favorite places in all the world but the shuttle price went way up, just another way to grab your money out of your pocket where cruise lines used to be helpful the are no more
It went fairly smooth, although while we were waiting I sat in a seat in the theater where someone had spilled their drink and I spent the day with someone's sticky drink on me. Why no one caught that I do not know.
