Review summary

Overall nice cruise. The ship always seemed overcrowded especially the buffet area. Always a struggle to find a table. Why was pool closed on the only day spent at sea?

The staff at breakfast at the Florentino restaurant left a lot to be desired! Rude wait staff. This was also our restaurant for dinner the dinner staff was a friendlier. I was disappointed it was my husband's birthday and although I mentioned it to our waiter, he did nothing! I could have paid 12 euros for a cake but, it was just my husband and I so, I just wanted them to bring out dessert and a candle to sing happy birthday but, it was totally ignored what a shame!

We had and early flight and we were able to change our disembarkation time without a hassle that was very nice. We were even able to get our passports the night before. Thanks.
