Review summary

food sucked. you only were able to eat when they were serving during their hours only! they wanted to charge $$$ for things you usually had included in cruise price. My husband when on costa 30 yrs ago and never wanted to cruise again. Now I know why I wanted to cuise he did it for me and not on costa and he loved it/ They could not pay me to take another one of their cruises, but they could reimburse me for the awful cuise I was subjected to.

the only staff worth anything was the room steward and bar waiters. they were helpful and nice. anyone they were worthless. they need to train their staff in "WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON SHOULD DO."
